Consultation
Exam
During your initial visit to our office, our doctors will perform a consultation and exam to determine the source of any pain you may be experiencing and assess your overall health. This allows our doctors to determine a customized recovery plan to meet your needs. Periodically throughout your care, follow-up exams will be performed to map your progress.
Paperwork – Save Time and Do It Before!
In order to make the best use of your time in our office, we recommend that you complete our new patient form(s) prior to coming in for your first appointment. Please come prepared with any applicable insurance information.
During your first visit, we will take any necessary x-rays for diagnostic purposes. We use a combination of motion study and standard digital x-ray to precisely diagnose your problem and develop a customized recovery plan to correct your problem, restore function, and improve your overall quality of life.
