We look forward to meeting you. As you come in for your initial visit, we want to share with you some information to make it a great experience for you.

Here’s what to expect on your first visit:

During your initial visit to our office, our doctors will perform a personal consultation and exam in order to determine the source of any pain you may be experiencing.

This will help when prescribing the most appropriate course of treatment based on your condition. Periodically throughout your treatment plan, follow-up exams will be performed in order to map your progress.

X-Rays

During your first visit to our office, we will take X-rays for diagnostic purposes.  We use a combination of precise motion x-rays and motion palpation to precisely diagnose your problem and develop a unique program to correct your problem.

However, if you have recent x-rays (taken in the last 6 months), we may be able to use the images provided they are of clear quality and cover the areas needed for diagnosing. If you have questions about transferring x-rays to our office, please contact us at (615) 375-8423

Our office is pleased to provide the following services:

Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression

Nonsurgical spinal decompression is a type of motorized traction that may help relieve back pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretchingthe spine. That changes the force and position of the spine. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine, by creating negative pressure in the disc. As a result, bulging or herniated disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This in turn, helps promote movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks so they can heal.

Massage

People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons - to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness. Let us help you relax and unwind by contacting us today.
